Real-time Monitoring

Overview

SurferCloudCDN provides real-time monitoring function. Under the Real-Time Monitoring page on the console, you will see bandwidth, request count, hit rate, status code, and back-source bandwidth and status code data for static acceleration and full-site acceleration. This article will help you understand and query the UCDN monitoring data.

Currently, it is divided into two sub-items: static acceleration and full-site acceleration for separate queries.

Overview of Monitoring Items

Monitoring itemDescription
Remaining Traffic/Daily Bandwidth PeakIf you choose to pay for the Prepaid Traffic Package, then the Remaining Traffic is displayed. Remaining traffic = total traffic of the purchased traffic package - used traffic; if your billing model is Daily Peak Bandwidth Postpaid, it is displayed as the Daily Bandwidth Peak. If your billing mode is Monthly Bandwidth, the peak daily bandwidth is displayed. If the billing method is Monthly Traffic, the monthly used traffic is displayed.
Current Billing ModelYou can choose to pay by using a prepaid traffic package or a daily peak bandwidth postpaid (strong, only one option), if you choose a daily peak bandwidth postpaid, the purchased traffic package will not be used again; if you need to use monthly payment, please contact the account manager to change to monthly payment, the current billing mode is displayed as: pay as you go.
Bandwidth/TrafficDisplays the downstream bandwidth that the user generates at the current time granularity, and the charge is based on the downstream bandwidth. The system default displays the monitoring situation of the last day, and you can also choose the time granularity of the query according to the demand, supporting the longest query time span of 31 days, and supporting the query of the last half year's data at most; if you use advanced filtering, you can view according to the operator or region, supporting the longest query of 31 days of data.
Request Count/Return Source Request CountRequest count monitoring, which can analyze the user request volume during a certain period of time.
Hit RateHit rate monitoring, including traffic hit rate and request count hit rate. Through the hit rate, the situation where CDN nodes respond to user requests can be analyzed.
