Billing Instructions for Static Acceleration

Starting from 0:00 on November 1, 2021, new CDN customers are billed by default using the "new price" scheme, while old CDN customers (those who have used CDN before) are billed using the "old price".

New customers are defined as those who opened CDN products after 0:00 on November 1, 2021, and are by default new-price customers.

This price adjustment only pertains to billing types: prepaid traffic packages (domestic traffic) and daily peak bandwidth postpaid (domestic bandwidth), and not monthly paying customers.

If old customers wish to enjoy the new price, please contact the account manager.

The current billing methods for static acceleration include prepaid traffic packages, daily peak bandwidth payments, monthly bandwidth payments, and monthly traffic payments;

The billing items for static acceleration include business bandwidth/traffic, request numbers, etc. The detailed explanations are as follows:

Static Acceleration-Prepaid Traffic Package (New)

There are currently two types, domestic and international acceleration, both using tiered pricing, for more activities please refer to <CDN Traffic Package First Purchase Special Offer (opens in a new tab)>.

Billing Rules:

1）Billing Item: Traffic

2）Payment Method: Prepaid

3）Billing Rules: Billing by traffic tiered pricing, traffic in the base 1024, traffic used is directly deducted from the purchased traffic package, static acceleration traffic packages and dynamic acceleration traffic packages cannot be mutually offset, needing to be purchased separately as needed.

4）Traffic Package Validity: 1 year

Scope of Use:

Domestic traffic packages can be used for all acceleration types within mainland China.

Overseas Prepaid Traffic Package

1）Billing Item: Traffic

2）Payment Method: Prepaid

3）Billing Rules: Billing by traffic tiered pricing, traffic in the base 1024, traffic used is directly deducted from the purchased traffic package, static acceleration traffic packages and dynamic acceleration traffic packages cannot be mutually offset, needing to be purchased separately as needed.

4）Traffic Package Validity: 1 year

Overseas traffic can be used for all acceleration types in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and abroad.

Overseas regional traffic is only used for traffic generated by corresponding large regional nodes, large regional explanation.

• Purchased traffic packages that have not been used within 30 natural days can be refunded without condition, to the balance. If the traffic package has been used, or if the traffic package has been purchased for more than 30 natural days (regardless of whether it is used), refunds are not supported, Traffic Package Unsubscribe Guide.

Excess Traffic:

In the [Prepaid Traffic Package] billing model, when your usage traffic exceeds the purchased traffic package and generates arrears:

• At this time, the newly purchased traffic package > the arrears traffic, can be offset, and subsequent traffic use remains directly deducted from the purchased traffic.

• If a traffic package has not been purchased or the new traffic package <= the arrears traffic, it will automatically switch to daily traffic postpayment, the system will settle daily, accumulating the day's traffic and comparing price gradients to generate orders.

Operation Steps:

1）Click on [Buy Traffic] on the [Domain Management Page] to purchase a traffic package;

2）Select the region, specify the size of the purchase traffic package, and purchase.

The overseas prepaid traffic packages are divided into unified overseas traffic packages and overseas regional traffic packages. The rules for offsetting and using the two types of traffic packages are as follows:

• Traffic Package Offset Method: when the customer has purchased the overseas unified traffic package and overseas regional traffic package, they are deducted in the order of the traffic package's expiration date;

• Withholding Rule (after the traffic package is used up): When both the overseas unified traffic package and the regional traffic package are insufficient to offset the actual generated traffic, the system will automatically purchase a regional traffic package for offsetting;

Static Acceleration-Daily Peak Bandwidth Postpayment (New)

There are currently two types, domestic and international acceleration, both using tiered pricing.

Billing Rules:

1. Billing Item: Bandwidth

2. Payment Method: Postpaid bandwidth, make sure account balance is not zero before using.

3. Billing Cycle: Daily billing, bandwidth from the previous day is settled after 12:00 every day, matches the corresponding price gradient, generates order.

4. Calculation Method: The peak value bandwidth billing is based on the highest bandwidth value (unit Mbps) generated by your CDN service as a billing standard, with a bandwidth base of 1000;

CDN Overseas HTTPS Requests Numbers

Billing Rules:

1. Billing Item: Overseas HTTPS Requests Numbers

2. Payment Method: Daily postpayment/monthly payment.

3. Billing Cycle: Daily billing, overseas HTTPS requests from the previous day are settled after 12:00 every day, matches the corresponding price, generates order.

Note: If the customer's overseas HTTPS request numbers are less than ten thousand, no fee will be charged.
