Bandwidth Monitoring

Bandwidth Monitoring

Bandwidth monitoring is an important monitoring item of CDN service. Through bandwidth monitoring, you can understand the business bandwidth generated on the CDN side, which helps to further analyze the business situation.

Bandwidth monitoring mainly consists of two parts: Filter Conditions and Data Details.

Filter Conditions include:

  • Region: Domestic and Overseas

  • Business Group: The default is all

  • Acceleration type: Page, Download, On-demand; default is all

  • Domain: You can choose multiple domains, a single domain, or all domains; the default is all domains

  • Granularity: 1 minute, 5 minutes, hourly, daily;

  • Duration: The last day (default), last week, last month, custom time range. The system defaults to display the monitoring situation for the last day, and you can also choose the time granularity of the query according to your needs, with the longest support for querying data for 31 days; if you use advanced filtering, you can view divided by operators or by region, support up to 31 days data query.

Note:

  • For example, if you want to view the data for One Day on March 4, the time is set as: 3-4 00:00:00~ 3-5 00:00:00

  • If the query time range is more than 3 days, "1-minute" granularity monitoring data is temporarily not supported

  • If the query time range is less than or equal to 1 day, "day" granularity monitoring data is temporarily not supported

  • If the query time range is more than 30 days, "5-minute", "1-minute" granularity monitoring data is temporarily not supported

Advanced Filters include:

  • HTTP Protocol: HTTP, HTTPS; default is all protocols
  • Operator: China Unicom, China Mobile, China Telecom, Education Network, CATV, etc.; default is all operators
  • Statistical Area: Includes different provinces in mainland, up to 5 provinces can be selected; the default is all provinces

Note:

When the query granularity is "1 minute", the setting of advanced filter conditions is temporarily not supported

When specifying the HTTP Protocol, the setup of province operators is temporarily not supported

Data Details include:

  • Total Peak Bandwidth and Peak Times: Total peak bandwidth and corresponding times for the query time range

  • Total Trough Bandwidth and Trough Times: Trough bandwidth and corresponding times within the query time range

  • 95th Bandwidth and Bandwidth Times: When your billing method is based on the 95th percentile per month, you can see the 95th bandwidth. If you want to query the bandwidth value in March, the specified time range is: 3-1 00:00:00 ~ 4-1 00:00:00.

  • Total Traffic: Day-level traffic data. For example, to view the data for a single day on March 4, the time is set as: 3-4 00:00:00~ 3-5 00:00:00.

  • Province Operators Bandwidth: You can view it based on the filter conditions

  • Export Bandwidth Data: Export bandwidth data according to the filter conditions, and the format is Excel.
