UCDN Violation Event Handling Description
When using SurferCloud cloud products, users should abide by national laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules, and other normative documents, provide legal products and services to related parties according to relevant laws and regulations, and fulfill relevant obligations. For behaviors that violate relevant regulations, SurferCloud has the right to impose penalties.
The following content is only for situations where the UCDN product is used for accelerated violation information, etc.

II. UCDN Violation Event Handling Description
Violation Behavior | Punishment |

General Violation Behaviour | Block Violating URL |
Serious Violation Behaviour | Stop violating accelerated domain, service is temporarily unavailable. |
Particularly Serious Violation Behaviour | Service is suspended and new domain is prohibited from access. |
Note:
- General violation behavior, serious violations, and particularly serious behaviors will be evaluated based on factors such as the number of user's violating URLs, the number of violations, whether the violation information has caused widespread dissemination, whether it has caused serious consequences, and so on.
III. Special Instruction
- If the violation is a particularly serious violation, the account will be blocked and expelled (the service fee for the current month is non-refundable).
- If the accelerated domain is subjected to a large-scale DDoS attack affecting other user's services on the platform, and judged as an attack, the domain will be blocked within 30 minutes (the service fee is calculated up to the day of isolation, the service fee for the day is non-refundable).
