Recycling and Deletion
Notification Channels
All notification messages will be delivered to the notification recipients you set through email, SMS, and in-site messaging.

Recycling
Prepaid Annually/Monthly
- 3 days before your resource expires: Send an imminent expiration alert to the notification recipients you set.
- On the day your resource expires: Send an expiration notification to the notification recipients you set.
- 1 day after your resource expires: Send a reminder to the notification recipients you set that the UDTS task will soon be stopped. On that day, stop the UDTS task. Tasks stopped due to lack of payment must be renewed to be restarted and will restart automatically once payment is made.
- 2 days after your resource expires: Send a reminder to the notification recipients you set that the UDTS task will soon be recycled. On that day, execute the recycling operation on the UDTS task (recycled resources cannot be recovered, please renew promptly).
Prepaid Hourly
If your account has sufficient balance and has enabled auto-renewal, it will automatically deduct the fee. If your account balance is insufficient to cover the fee, a delinquent order will be generated.
- When a delinquent order is generated: Send a notification that the UDTS task may be recycled.
- Delinquent Order +24H: Send a service stop notification for the UDTS task, and stop the task on that day.
- Delinquent Order +48H: Send a deletion notification for the UDTS task, and delete the task on that day.
Deletion
If you delete a resource within its validity period, the system will deduct fees based on your usage duration and refund the remaining prepaid amount to your account. For specific refund rules, see Refunds for Deleting Resources.
