Once resources are recycled or deleted, they cannot be retrieved. Please renew in time.

Notification Channels

All notification messages will be sent to your set notification recipient through email, SMS, and in-site messages.

Recycle

Prepaid annual/monthly

The shutdown recycle and notification process under the current billing mode is as follows:

6 days after your resources expire: the notification recipient you set will receive a database proxy shutdown warning;

7 days after your resources expire: the notification recipient you set will receive a database proxy shutdown notification, and the database proxy will be shut down. After stopping, the database proxy needs to be renewed before it can be started and used again;

9 days after your resources expire: the notification recipient you set will receive a database proxy recycling warning;

10 days after your resources expire: the notification recipient you set will receive a database proxy recycle notification, and the database proxy will be recycled (resources cannot be retrieved after recycling, so please renew in time).

Prepaid hourly

After your resources expire: the notification recipient you set will receive a database proxy shutdown warning;

1 hour after your resources expire: the notification recipient you set will receive a database proxy shutdown notification, and the database proxy will be shut down. After stopping, the database proxy needs to be renewed before it can be started and used again;

20 hours after your resources expire: the notification recipient you set will receive a database proxy recycling warning;

24 hours after your resources expire: the notification recipient you set will receive a database proxy recycle notification, and the database proxy will be recycled (resources cannot be retrieved after recycling, please renew in time).

Delete

If you delete resources within the validity period, the system will deduct the fee according to your usage time and return the remaining prepaid money to your account. The specific refund rules can be found at Refund for deleting resources.
