What is Cloud Memory Redis

What is Cloud Memory Redis

Cloud Memory Redis is a key-value type online storage service compatible with the open-source Redis protocol. It supports various data types, including strings, linked lists, sets, sorted sets, and hash tables, along with advanced features such as transactions and message publishing/subscription (Pub/Sub). Cloud Memory Redis meets data persistence requirements while providing high-speed data read and write capabilities.

SurferCloud's Cloud Memory Redis offers two architectures: master-replica Redis and distributed Redis. Based on a highly reliable hot-standby dual-machine architecture and a smoothly scalable cluster architecture, it addresses business demands for high read and write performance, as well as elastic expansion and contraction.

Redis, with its rich data structures and functions, excellent single-core performance, and robust software ecosystem, has gradually become the mainstream memory storage solution for internet applications in recent years. In response to the pain points of native Redis Cluster, such as high client requirements and inconvenient expansion, SurferCloud's distributed Redis product has been self-developed based on a proxy implementation. With years of dedicated cultivation, it strives for excellence in higher performance, larger capacity, and data security, continually providing customers with top-tier distributed caching services.
