Optimizing DNS Configuration Method
Step 1 Configure Redundant DNS Server addresses
This can prevent the situation where the domain cannot be resolved after the DNS Server single point of failure.
In the system, choose control panel -> Network and Sharing Center -> Choose the current network connection (such as Ethernet 2) -> Properies -> Double-click Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)
In the Perferred DNS Server and Alternate DNS Server, configure two IPs from the table below according to the data center.

Step 2 Enable NSCD service
In Windows, no extra configuration is necessary as local DNS cache is enabled by default.
