Renew

The prepaid mode supports the "Auto-Renew" feature

When selecting a host, if you choose a prepaid billing method (annual, monthly, or hourly), the “Auto-Renew Switch” will be enabled by default. Provided your account balance is sufficient, the system will automatically renew your subscription before it expires.

It is important to note that auto-renewal will occur based on the previous configuration and duration. If your account balance is insufficient, the system will be unable to deduct the renewal fee, and the resource status will change to "Expired." After recharging, you can proceed with "Manual Renewal."

For monthly payment cycles, the system will renew to the end of the current month for the first automatic renewal, with subsequent renewals occurring monthly.

You also have the option to turn off the "Auto-Renew Switch." Once expired, resources will automatically enter overdue status, and the system will notify you about resource expiration and renewal. During this time, user resources will not be released. You can use the "Manual Renewal" feature to renew your subscription, choosing either monthly or annual payment options. If you do not recharge and perform "Manual Renewal," the fee deduction will fail, and the resource status will be shown as "Expired."

If resources are expired, the system may reclaim the corresponding expired resources, so please renew in a timely manner.

When the "Auto-Renew Switch" is turned off, the system will send you reminders via email and SMS three days before the product expires. Additionally, within seven days after expiration, the system will remind you daily about the expiration and renewal matters. For specific notification details and related configuration information, please check [Notification Channels](/docs/uhost/buy/recycle#Notification Channels).

If you do not receive the notification, please pay attention to the site's internal message system.

Renewal Validity Period

If your current resource status is "Expired," manually renewing will start a new renewal cycle from the expiration time. This new cycle will remain valid as long as it extends beyond the current time.

If you renew your resources within the valid period, the renewal cycle will begin a new cycle following the settlement of the original renewal period.
