All notification messages will be sent to the designated notification recipients through email, SMS, and in-app messaging.

For the prepaid billing by year/month
Under the current billing mode, the suspension and notification process is as follows:
When your resources expire after 6 days: A notification will be sent to the designated notification recipients informing them that the database proxy is about to be suspended.
When your resources expire after 7 days: A notification will be sent to the designated notification recipients informing them of the suspension of the database proxy, and the suspension operation will be carried out. After suspension, the database proxy can only be reactivated after completing the renewal process.
When your resources expire after 9 days: A notification will be sent to the designated notification recipients informing them that the database proxy is about to be reclaimed.
When your resources expire after 10 days: A notification will be sent to the designated notification recipients informing them of the database proxy's reclamation, and the reclamation operation will be carried out. (Please note that resources reclaimed cannot be retrieved, so please renew in a timely manner).
For prepaid billing by the hour
When your resources expire: A notification will be sent to the designated notification recipients informing them that the database proxy is about to be suspended.
When your resources expire after 1 hour: A notification will be sent to the designated notification recipients informing them of the suspension of the database proxy, and the suspension operation will be carried out. After suspension, the database proxy can only be reactivated after completing the renewal process.
When your resources expire after 20 hours: A notification will be sent to the designated notification recipients informing them that the database proxy is about to be reclaimed.
When your resources expire after 24 hours: A notification will be sent to the designated notification recipients informing them of the database proxy's reclamation, and the reclamation operation will be carried out. (Please note that resources reclaimed cannot be retrieved, so please renew in a timely manner).
Delete
If you delete resources within the validity period, the system will deduct charges based on your usage duration and refund the remaining prepaid amount to your account. For specific refund rules, please refer to the resource deletion refund policy.
