License Explanation

The SQL Server cloud database provided by Ucloud comes with a license. The price of Ucloud cloud database UDB SQL Server already includes SQL Server software license, underlying hardware resources, and Ucloud database management functions. You do not need to purchase Microsoft SQL Server license separately; when you need SQL Server, you can pay directly according to the instance specification and usage time, without considering hardware costs and license fees. High fixed costs can be transformed into lower variable costs, reducing your IT costs.

Note: Your purchase of Ucloud Cloud Database SQL Server does not mean that you have purchased a long-term contract of Microsoft SQL Server license, so you are not allowed to use the license of Ucloud cloud database in unauthorized places and times, for regulations please refer to Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Provider Use Rights.
