Black Friday Promotion Rules

Promotion Period : From now until 31st December 2024.
- 2.
Eligibility : All registered users on the SurferCloud official website are eligible to participate.
- 3.
Product Details : ULightHost and UHost promotional packages can be enjoyed together. A maximum of 5 instances can be purchased for different configurations of ULightHost, and a maximum of 5 instances can be purchased for different configurations of UHost. None of the packages support expansion.
- 4.
ULightHost Renewal : Apart from the annual ULightHost package, which requires contacting your account manager for manual renewal, all other packages will renew automatically by the system.
- 5.
UHost System Reinstallation : When reinstalling the system, users must select the same system disk size as before (e.g., 40GB); otherwise, additional fees will apply.
- 6.
UHost Configuration Rules : For UHost purchased during the promotion, downgrading is not allowed. Additionally, users cannot upgrade and then downgrade the configuration. Configuration upgrades and renewals follow the regular purchase process on the website (1-core CPU cannot be upgraded).
- 7.
Resource Deletion : If resources are deleted, it will be considered a voluntary withdrawal from the promotion. For refunds, the actual resource usage will be calculated at the original price, and the remaining balance will be refunded. Before requesting a refund, please ensure that all data has been migrated, as the purchase quantity eligibility will not be restored after a refund.
