1. Why only second-level backups are displayed but not hourly or daily backups after opening the snapshot service.
QA: The user has just opened the snapshot service, and the current backup time is still within the second-level range, so hourly and daily backups are not displayed. As the backup time increases, hourly and daily backups will be displayed gradually.
2. Can disk deletion keep the snapshot service and manually created snapshots?
QA: The data disk can be uninstalled, and individual deletions are allowed to retain the snapshot service and snapshots, and the snapshot service fee will still be charged. The system disk is not supported temporarily.
3. Is it possible to open Ark alone?
QA: At present, opening the snapshot service comes with Ark, and it is not allowed to open Ark alone.
4. The maximum custom backup range is supported.
QA: 144 hours for second-level, 216 hours for hourly level, 60 days for daily level.
