Content of Value-added Services
The main purpose of the value-added services provided by snapshot services is to provide extensibility for backup. At present, we provide two packages and a customized backup option to meet different users' business scenario requirements. Users can choose the specific backup duration based on their business characteristics.

Customized | Users can customize the backup range. The minimum requirements for customizing the service are 12-hour second-level backups, 24-hour backups, and five day-level backups. The range of day-level backups needs to be greater than that of hour-level backups, and the range of hour-level backups needs to be greater than that of second-level backups. Furthermore, second-level backups need to be expanded in multiples of 12 hours, hour-level backups need to be expanded in multiples of 24 hours, and day-level backups need to be expanded in multiples of five days. |
Note:
- Package backups and customizable backups are mutually exclusive, i.e., users can only choose one package or customize the backup range to open the snapshot service.
Advantages of packages:
- The Standard Edition provides a basic backup duration for users, suitable for most customers' backup needs.
- Compared to the Standard Edition, the Flagship Edition increases the duration of second-level backups, allowing users to restore to any second within the last three days. Day-level backups also last for a month, so users can restore data to any 0-point within the last month.
- Of course, by customizing the backup range, users can better fit their use cases.
