Create Instance

After entering the console, users select Cloud Memory Redis in the console and choose "Create Instance".

Select the region, availability zone and basic configuration according to your needs. When choosing the master-replica type, determine the required capacity, version, configuration file, and whether to enable high availability. When choosing a distributed type, choose the number of shards and capacity of the instance.

Create a master-replica Redis Instance

High Availability Configuration: The master-replica version of cloud memory supports high availability, preventing faults such as crashes from affecting the cloud memory service. After the master node fails, the slave node will be quickly promoted to a new master node and continue to provide services. Meanwhile, master-replica Redis supports cross-availability-zone high availability (backup function is temporarily unsupported). Users can decide whether to enable the cross-availability-zone function based on business needs.

Create a Distributed Redis Instance

When the model chooses "Distributed Edition", users can choose the number of shards and corresponding capacity according to business needs, the default capacity of a shard is 4G.

Network Configuration

In the network configuration item, select the required network VPC, fill in the instance name and other information in the management settings.

Resource List

After successful creation, click on the instance name or details to enter the instance details page and manage the Redis instance.
