Public Elastic IP (EIP) is a standard static public IP address resource that can be purchased and held independently. EIP can be associated with services such as Cloud Host UHost, Load Balancer ULB, Virtual Network Card UNI, NAT Gateway, etc., providing these services with the capability to access the public network.
