Apply for EIP
An Elastic IP Address (EIP) is a public standard static IP address resource that can be independently purchased and held. After the EIP is bound to cloud resources, the cloud resources can communicate with the public network through the EIP. You can apply for an EIP as follows.
- On the All Products -> Basic Network UNet -> Elastic IP Address page, click Apply for EIP to apply.
- On the creation page, configure the EIP according to the business scenario, click Buy Now and proceed to the payment page to complete the payment.
When choosing a specific IP address for the IP address configuration item, you can choose an IP address that has been deleted in the last week and is not occupied.
- Return to the list page to view the applied EIP, and it can be bound to existing resources.
