Resource Expiration Recovery
When the resources expire or have outstanding payments, to avoid entering the stop service state and affecting your business, please renew or recharge in time.
Prepaid Resources
If your prepaid resources are not renewed in time when they expire, they will be stopped and recovered. The specific handling rules are as follows.
Prepaid-Timed Billing
- If the resource usage time is ≥3 days：
- 20 hours after the resource expires：Send a resource recovery reminder；
- 1 day after the resource expires：Recover the EIP resource and send a recovery notice
- If the resource usage time is ＜3 days：
- 1 hour after the resource expires：The resource enters the stop service state (Under this state, the EIP resource cannot provide service normally, and the bandwidth will be restricted to 1 Kbps), and a stop service notice is sent;
- 20 hours after the resource expires：Send a resource recovery reminder；
- 1 day after the resource expires：Recover the EIP resource and send a recovery notice.
Prepaid-Daily Billing
- 3 days before the resource expires：Send a expiration reminder；
- The day the resource expires：Send a expiration notice；
- 1 hour after the resource expires：The resource enters the stop service state (Under this state, the EIP resource cannot provide service normally, and the bandwidth will be restricted to 1 Kbps), and a stop service notice is sent.
- 20 hours after the resource expires: Send a resource recovery reminder；
- 1 day after the resource expires：Recover the EIP resource and send a recovery notice.
Prepaid- Monthly & Yearly
- 7 days before the resource expires：Send the first expiration reminder；
- 3 days before the resource expires：Send the second expiration reminder；
- The day the resource expires：Send a expiration notice；
- 2 days after the resource expires：Send a stop service reminder；
- 3 days after the resource expires：The resource enters the stop service state (Under this state, the EIP resource cannot provide service normally, and the bandwidth will be restricted to 1 Kbps), and a stop service notice is sent；
- 9 days after the resource expires：Send a resource recovery reminder；
- 10 days after the resource expires：Recover the EIP resource and send a recovery notice.
Postpaid Resources
When the account balance is insufficient to pay for the generated order, the resource enters a overdue state. If the overdue order is not paid in time, the resource will be stopped and recovered.
- 1 day after the resource is overdue：Send a stop service reminder；
- 3 days after the resource is overdue：The resource enters the stop service state (Under this state, the EIP resource cannot provide service normally, and the bandwidth will be restricted to 1 Kbps), and a stop service notice is sent；
- 5 days after the resource is overdue：Send a resource recovery reminder；
- 7 days after the resource is overdue：Recover the EIP resource and send a recovery notice.
