A user recently purchased our ULightHost lightweight cloud server by spending $3.6 without contacting our sales team for assistance. The product purchase page has clearly stated the bandwidth size as 30M. After the purchase, they realized the server did not have 1Gbps bandwidth, which led them to request a refund. Strictly speaking, we will not support the user's refund request because it was caused by his own actions.
However, refunds are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment platform. The actual refund arrival time depends on the bank's processing speed and is beyond our control.
What puzzled us even more was that the user, despite claiming our server did not meet their needs, demanded we provide a free server for one month as compensation because the refund wasn’t instantly credited.

然而,退款由Stripe第三方支付平台處理,具體的退款到賬時間取決於銀行的處理速度,完全不受我們控制。
更令人不解的是,該用戶以退款無法即時到賬為由,要求我們額外贈送一個月的伺服器服務。對於這種既認為伺服器無法滿足需求,又要求補償伺服器的想法,我們深感疑惑。
