We appreciate your participation in our recent promotions for UHost and ULightHost servers, where we are offering heavily discounted prices. However, we have noticed an issue with some users' payments that we want to clarify to ensure a smooth experience moving forward.

Issue Summary:

During checkout on the promotion pages, we’ve observed that some users are paying more than the displayed order price. It appears that they are adding extra funds to their accounts in anticipation of future usage. Unfortunately, our system currently only processes the exact amount of the order, and any extra balance that is paid does not reflect on your SurferCloud account immediately.

• You can pay using either credit card or cryptocurrency. We have integrated cryptocurrency payments via the TripleA platform.

What Happens with Extra Payments?

• If you pay more than the order amount, the excess funds will not be credited to your SurferCloud account balance. To retrieve the extra funds, you will need to contact TripleA’s customer support at support@triple-a.io.

Top-Up Instructions:

• If you want to add funds to your account for future usage, please use the SurferCloud Console for top-ups at this link: https://console.surfercloud.com/uaccount/recharge.
• Please note that account balance cannot be used to purchase packages from the promotional pages. You need to pay the exact order price as displayed on the promotion page.

How to Avoid Overpaying:

• Always pay the exact amount shown during the checkout process on the promotion page.
• If you want to top up for future use, do so separately from your promotion purchase by following the top-up steps in your account console.
