Important Announcement: Temporary IP Resource Shortage in Singapore Data Center

Dear Users,

Thank you for your continued support of SurferCloud! We regret to inform you that due to a temporary shortage of IP resources in our Singapore data center, UHost and ULightHost cloud servers are currently unavailable for purchase. The affected pages include:

• UHost Promotion
• ULightHost Promotion
• Black Friday Promotion
• Console Purchase: https://console.surfercloud.com/

However, please note that purchases may still be successful in some cases. If an existing user releases an IP resource from the Singapore data center, you may be able to successfully purchase a cloud server. This means there is still a possibility of successful purchases depending on the availability of released resources at certain times.

We are actively working to replenish the IP resources in our Singapore data center and will resolve this issue as soon as possible. In the meantime, we recommend considering VPS resources from nearby data centers, which offer similar performance and stability. These include:

• Jakarta, Indonesia
• Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
• Manila, Philippines
• Taipei, Taiwan
• Bangkok, Thailand

Additionally, please note that IP resources in our London (UK) and São Paulo (Brazil) data centers are also currently in high demand. If you're looking to purchase in these locations, we recommend acting quickly to secure your resources before they run out.
