We have recently received feedback from users in Mainland China regarding high latency when using SurferCloud's cloud server products. To address this, we would like to provide the following clarifications and recommendations:
1. Network Optimization for Global Access
SurferCloud operates 16 globally distributed data centers. However, we do not provide specific network optimizations for connections to Mainland China, even for our Hong Kong and Taipei data centers. As such, users accessing our services from Mainland China should expect higher latency.
2. Recommendation for Mainland China-Based Users
We do not recommend SurferCloud for users whose business relies heavily on operations within Mainland China or requires low-latency connections to this region. If your primary user base is in Mainland China, we recommend choosing a provider with dedicated optimizations for this market.
3. Testing Options
To ensure SurferCloud meets your business needs, we provide comprehensive testing options:

4. Refund Policy
Currently, SurferCloud does not support refunds for purchased services. However, we recognize the importance of this feature and are actively working on implementing a refund policy in the near future.
We strongly encourage users, especially those in Mainland China, to take advantage of our free testing options or affordable hourly billing model to assess our services before committing to a purchase.

我們不建議主要面向中國大陸開展業務的用戶，尤其是對延遲敏感的業務，使用 SurferCloud 的服務。對於此類需求，我們建議選擇針對中國大陸流量進行專項優化的服務商。
